  • This in-depth audit of your organization’s community strategy, strengths, and needs is Grand Trine’s foundational offering, for brand and service communities starting from scratch or those in need of a refresh. Through a combination of member surveys, stakeholder interviews, and wide-ranging data collection, we will produce a Community Insights report that outlines our analysis and a recommendations roadmap.

  • In this more extended engagement, Grand Trine can lead or support the implementation of your organization’s community strategy. We can guide key team members or embed within your organization to build your community infrastructure for long-term success. With extensive documentation, we will lay a scalable foundation and craft the right engagement, retention, experience, and moderation strategies for your organization’s specific community and goals.

  • We can lead your team in half or full-day workshops to tackle some of the most fundamental community questions and come out with a complete product. Our regular workshops include Values and Vision, Brand and Product Architecture, and Member Offerings, but we can also customize to meet your particular needs.

  • We provide one-on-one coaching for individuals and teams to take their community thinking to the next level, work through challenges, and seize opportunities. This coaching can be especially helpful for onboarding new team members after a previous Grand Trine engagement has ended.
